Oral presentations
All oral presentations during the conference will follow the 12+3 format, i.e. presenters will have 12 minutes to present their slides, and 3 minutes are allocated for questions and discussion. Please, prepare your presentation accordingly. You can prepare your slides in .pptx or .pdf formats. Each session will have 1-2 session chairs to ensure a smooth progression of events.
You will be able to upload your slides in the Speaker's Corner during the conference. You must upload your presentation at least one hour before the start of your session! Speaker's Corner will be open during the following times in room Poseidon on the 2nd floor.
- Monday April 20th, 16:00-19:00
- Tuesday April 21st, 08:00-16:00
- Wednesday April 22nd, 08:30-13:30
- Thursday April 23rd, 08:30-13:30
Poster presentations
All posters must be prepared in the A0 format and in portrait orientation.
Two poster sessions will take place during the conference:
Poster Session 1 on Tue Apr 21 17:00-19:00
Poster Session 2 on Wed Apr 22 10:00-12:00
For those with posters on Tuesday (Poster Session 1): you can mount your posters on Tuesday after lunch. You must take your posters down at the conclusion of Poster Session 1, i.e. by 19:00.
For those with posters on Wednesday (Poster Session 2): you can mount your posters on Tuesday after 19:00. You must take your posters down by 15:00 on Wednesday.
