Speaker's Corner
You will be able to upload your oral presentation slides in the Speaker's Corner during the conference. Speaker's Corner will be open during the following times in room Poseidon on the 2nd floor.

Name Badges
You will receive a badge with your name upon registration. The badge will also include information about the conference dinner. You must wear the badge at all times when at the conference venue. In case you lose or forget your badge, please, contact the Information Desk.
Photography
Professional photographer will be on site to document our event. If you would like to not be in the pictures or if you would like the pictures with you to not be used in the future for ACTRIS communication and promotion activities, please let us know in writing.
ACTRIS DC drop-in sessions
ACTRIS DC will run hands-on sessions where participants can drop in and test the services. Topics for the sessions:
- Use of ACTRIS Data and Virtual Research Environment (Tuesday, 21 April, 17.30 - 19.00)
- ACTRIS DC services with the focus on dust products and Providentia tool from Barcelona Supercomputer Center and wildfire related services trough IRISCC (Wednesday, 22 April, 10.15 - 12.00)
Sessions will be held alongside Poster sessions in room Pontus. Bring your computer to test the services.
ACTRIS 5k Run
An informal 5k run will take place at 07:30 on Wednesday April 22nd in the beautiful scenery of Fornebu. Bring your sneakers! Assembly point is downstairs in the hotel lobby.
Conference Dinner and Excursions
Conference dinner will take place in Scandic Fornebu, same venue as the conference itself, at 19:30 on Wednesday April 22nd. There is no particular dress code for the conference dinner. Your conference badge shows your dinner ticket. You must bring it with you!
