ACTRIS Center for Aerosol Remote Sensing (CARS) and the Aerosol Remote Sensing unit of the ACTRIS Data Centre (ARES) organize a joint workshop on 21st October 2026, as part of the ACTRIS Week. The workshop is organized in hybrid format, however, we encourage the community to join us physically in Katowice, Poland.

The workshop will focus on quality assurance and quality control of lidar measurements, data provision and processing, and recent scientific progress, including synergies within the remote sensing community. The programme will also provide opportunities for discussion and short scientific presentations from the community.
