ACTRIS-FR Workshop 2024: Advancing French Collaboration and Strategy on Oléron Island

From October 15 to 18, 2024, the ACTRIS-FR workshop brought together 74 participants on the Oléron Island. The event facilitated diverse and productive discussions on the current state and future of the ACTRIS-FR infrastructure. Attendees included representatives from ACTRIS-FR Research Performing Organizations (RPOs), the ACTRIS-FR Scientific Council, scientists and engineers of the  Centers for Animation and Expertise (CAES), and the AERIS data center.

Key activities included:

●        Plenary sessions featuring scientific and technical  highlights

●        Cross-cutting sessions focusing on data management, urban environments, user engagement, and infrastructure strategy.

●        Targeted splinter sessions addressing specific themes of importance to the community.
